• Develop and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy to position Romania as a leading innovation hub on the international stage.
• Highlight success stories and key achievements of Romanian startups and enablers through various media channels to enhance visibility and attract international interest.

Policy advocacy and government engagement

• Conduct research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the Romanian startup ecosystem, informing policy recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with governmental authorities and policymakers to advocate for favorable regulations, support mechanisms, and investments in the startup ecosystem.
• Organize roundtables and public consultations to bridge the gap between policymakers and the startup community.

Strategic partnerships and funding

• Forge strategic partnerships with public and private sector entities to secure sustainable funding sources for ecosystem development activities.

Data gathering and diagnostic reporting

• Act as the primary data gatherer for the ecosystem, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information on trends, gaps, and opportunities.
